The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
Course objectives
Within the course students are getting acquainted with the position of psychiatry in medicine. They are getting knowledge about psychiatric disorders, their clinical manifestation, treatment and nursing. In the sphere of special psychiatry th emost frequent psychiatric disorder and treatment methods (including biological treatment) are presented. Emphasis is putting on principles of targeted communication with persons suffering from mental disorders both adults and children. The aim of study subject is to enlarge and deepen students knowledge.
