Teacher's information
Completion of the course

In the autumn semester of 2020, teaching is governed by faculty traffic lights, seminars are taught primarily in person, in cases of quarantine of students or teachers, we will use synchronous teaching in online mode, or hybrid teaching by a combination of full-time and synchronous online teaching.

In case of quarantine, the student is obliged to contact his teacher by email (jnovak@med.muni.cz) and agree on the next step.

If the student does not have the option of a synchronous online connection to the teaching of seminars through the MS Teams application, he is entitled to 2 absences per semester.

Online participation is considered to be completed attendance at exercises. The information will be updated according to the development of the epidemiological situation.

Students must demonstrate active knowledge of pharmacology during their studies. The final colloquium takes the form of a "multi-choice" written test of the topics discussed, where the student has the opportunity to choose one correct answer from the options offered. The test contains 20 questions. The evaluation criterion is the number of points obtained, for each completely correctly answered question 1 point is awarded. No point will be deducted from the student for an unfilled question. To successfully pass the colloquium, it is necessary to obtain at least 60% of the maximum possible points. When repeating the course, it is necessary to complete the teaching in the full prescribed range.

Office hours of the secretariat of the Institute of Pharmacology, UKB, Kamenice 5, daily - 13.00 - 14.00 h, tel.: 5 4949 3070.

The topics from which the questions of the final written multi-selection test will be formed correspond to the topics covered according to the syllabus. Knowledge of these topics will be required in the scope of compulsory literature (Pharmacology for undergraduate students at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University) and study materials provided by the teacher. Students will supplement these resources with additional notes during the teacher's explanation.

The course is also listed under the following terms Autumn 2013, Autumn 2014, Autumn 2015, Autumn 2016, Autumn 2017, autumn 2018, autumn 2019, autumn 2020, autumn 2021, autumn 2024.
