Prerequisites
Microbiology for Bachelor of Human Nutrition is focused on the practice of microbiological laboratories of food plants and control authorities (Health Service, CAFI, etc.).

Course objectives
In the second semester, the sample applied microbiology methods and approaches to the solution of sample topics related to   microbiology and preventive health care.

  • Determination of mycotoxins microbiological methods, tests toxinogenicity
  • Determination of heat-resistant microscopic fungi in the soil
