Teaching methods
In practicals students are provided with a pharmacology teacher presentation with presentations of video-programmes related to the topic stated in curriculum followed by discussion. Students will take part of the guided excursion into the Masaryk University Center of Medicinal Plants with practical preparation and tasting of medicinal teas.
Assessment methods
The students have to prove the active knowledge of pharmacology. The students have to pass the final multiple-choice written revision test to get the credit, in which students are asked to answer to multiple-choice questions (only 1 correct answer is possible to each question). The test contains 20 questions. One point is granted for each correctly answered question. The summary score obtained is evaluated. A criterion for receiving credits is the summary score higher or equal to the 60% points of the maximum score obtained.
