Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty prakticky s principy a postupy preimplantačního genetického vyšetření.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Student bude po absolvování předmětu schopen:
- navrhnout použití vhodné metody genetického vyšetření
- prakticky provést některé metody
- interpretovat výsledek genetického vyšetření.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • -Příprava embryí k biopsii a technika provádění (biopsie pólového tělíska, blastomer, trofoektodermu)
  • -Technické aspekty provádění PGT
  • -Praktický nácvik základních technik genetické analýzy (karyotypování, FISH, PCR)
  • -Demonstrace speciálních technik genetické analýzy (NGS, aCGH, Karyomapping)
  • -Interpretace výsledku genetického vyšetření

Teaching methods (in Czech)
Speciální metody budou demonstrovány formou exkurze do genetické laboratoře, techniky biopsie budou procvičovány během praktické výuky předmětu Metody asistované reprodukce.
