Course objectives

The main objective of the course is kinesiotherapy. Practical exercises take place at bed in clinical departments. The education is lead by experienced physiotherapeutist, who treats the patients. The physiotherapeutist also teaches the students according to the latest knowledge in therapeutic exercises, in compliance with health and safety provisions of the labor code and ethical standards. The physiotherapeutist used for teaching in addition to the literature mentioned in the conclusion syllabus the scientific information published in word literature and apply the latest scientific methods and specialized techniques in therapeutic exercises. The objective of teaching is to improved knowledge of therapeutic exercises in patients with orthopedic diseases. Students are encouraged to understand the relationship between physiological and pathological conditions of diseases and, consequently, preventive, clinical and therapeutic implications.

• Physiologic and pathologic body posture, therapeutic exercise
• Pain in shoulder girdle (scapular patterns), therapeutic exercise
• Hip joint replacements, therapeutic exercise
• Knee arthritis treated conservatively, therapeutic exercise
• Surgical therapy of injury in crossed ligaments of the knee, therapeutic exercise
• Scoliosis treated conservatively using corset, therapeutic exercise
• Back pain, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Morbus Scheuermann, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Morbus Sprengel, surgical therapy, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Morbus Perthes, surgical therapy, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Skeletal tumors, tumors of joints, surgical therapy, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Osteoporosis, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Inflammatory diseases of the locomotor system, therapy, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
• Pathologic body posture, therapeutic exercise for posture, group therapy, special technique of spine back exercises
