Course objectives (in Czech)

Předmět je spolu s předmětem Resuscitační a intenzivní medicína I koncipován jako teoretický celek.
Studující získají informace a teoretické znalosti potřebné k poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s reverzibilním selháním základních životních funkcí.
Budou teoreticky vybaveni pro realizaci monitoringu, speciálních diagnostických metod a adekvátní péče o pacienty s dočasnou náhradou základních vitálních funkcí respektive o pacienty tímto selháním ohroženými.

Syllabus (in Czech)

• Semináře:
• 1.týden: nutriční intervence u pacientů v septickém stavu
• 2.týden: nutriční intervence u pacientů se závažným postižením plicních funkcí
• 3.týden: nutriční intervence u pacientů se závažným onemocněním gastrointestinálního traktu
• 4.týden: hyperglykemické koma - kasuistiky
• 5.týden: hemoragický šok - kasuistiky
• 6.týden: septický šok - kasuistiky
• 7.týden: bezvědomí nejasné etiologie - kasuistiky
• 8.týden: multiorgánové selhání - kasuistiky
• 9.týden: intoxikace - kasuistiky
• 10.týden: návykové látky u pacientů v intenzivní péči - kasuistiky
• 11.týden: problematika syndromu z odnětí - kasuistiky
• 12.týden: umělá plicní ventilace, kasuistiky
• 13.týden: odpojování od ventilátoru . kasuistiky
• 14.týden: nerozšiřování zavedené léčby, bazální terapie, DNR
• 15.týden: péče o kadavera - kasuistiky
