Course objectives
The aim of the course is to learn the basic topics related to wirk psychology, organization and management. The students will be able to gain basic skills in the area of communication at work, managing teamwork, leadership and motivating staff, positive ways of influencing the contenment of staff.
Syllabus
  • 1. Psychology of work: history of psychology of work and management, efficiency, environment, identifying capability for a profession profesiography, work and relaxation, workload issues.
  • 2. Psychology of organization: organization systems, modern views of organization, communication in organization, organization culture.
  • 3.Psychology of management and social psychology of work: staff introduction, staff motivation, remuneration, styles of management, emotions and management, management of teamwork and cooperation, managing a conflict, manager's personality.
