Course objectives
Internal medicine ist the cardinal medical discipline. Its main featute is integrating and coordinating function. It enables wider eurvey about the basic diagnostic methods, clinical symptomps and the course of dissorders. After finishing of study the student will be able to discern symptom of individual disease and also to intervene with therapy within the frame of his /her specialization and to provide a qualified first aid in acute events. The content of education tie together with the knowledge in 2nd session this subject.

  • Hematology.
  • Polycytemia.
  • Polyglobulia.
  • Haematological malignancies
  • Bleeding disorders
  • Transfusion. Bone marrow.
  • Inflamatory point disease.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Systemic connective tissue disease.
  • Osteoarthrosis. Spinal and back disease.
  • Clinical examination of the critically ill patient.
  • Neurological failure
  • Disorders of heart rate.
  • Resuscitation. Defibrillation. Cardioversion. Pacemakers. Shock.
  • Pulmonary embolism. Astma . Pneumotorax.
  • Critical care of the hematology. Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Haemophilia. Haemolytic anemia.
  • Acute gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
  • Critical care of the diabetes mellitus. Hypoglycaemic and diabetic coma.
  • Acute and chronic liver failure.
  • Acute renal failure.
  • Disorders of acid-base balance
