7. Incompatibilities in liquid, semisolid and solid dosage forms.
8. Calculations in pharmaceutical technology.Technological processes in preparation of difficult prescriptions.

10. Tablets preparation by direct compression.
11. Fluid bed granulation method.
12. Wet and melt granulations.
13. Evaluation of solid dosage forms.

Course objectives
One of the main obligatory pharmaceutical disciplines dealing with preparation, manufacturing and quality control of medicaments including technological procedures, equiment, excipients and appropriate analytical devices. It covers the influence of the application form on drug bioavailability.
