Degree programme: Archaeology Course: Seminar in the Slavonic (Early Medieval) Period Level: Second cycle of the five-year Mgr. programme Language of instruction: Czech Teaching: 2 hours seminar per week Duration: 2 semesters Credits: A4 Assessment: Research paper Course description: Summarizing and practising the basic methods of working with archaeological and written sources from the early historic period and the Middle Ages, commented readings of selected written foreign language sources associated with the earliest history of the Celts, Germanic peoples and especially the Slavs; the preparation and presentation of seminar work.
