Course objectives
In this course student demonstrates his/her basic orientation in the dissertation topic.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course, student will be:
- well versed in literature on the addressed topic;
- able to analyse the input data;
- able to introduce partial outcomes of his/her work to the advisor.
Syllabus
  • Specialised literature search (list of studied literature with excerpts), or primary research (study and critical analysis of sources) meeting the requirements of the advisor.

  • Literatura podle zaměření práce.
Teaching methods
homework, reading, reading abstracts, analysis of data sources
Assessment methods
For a successful completion of the course it is necessary to meet the requirements of the advisor concerning the study of sources (submission of a specialised literature search output, primary research results, etc.). The course-unit credit is awarded by the thesis advisor.
