Prerequisites
A pre-requisite for this course is a high-school level proficiency in a tested foreign language.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course aims to evaluate students´ level of language proficiency according to the European framework (CEFR). Based on the test results, a student can make an informed decision about which course to enroll in order to adequatelly prepare for the mandatory language exam.
Learning outcomes
Based on the test results, students will be directed either to a preparatory language course (B1) or an exam course (B2).
Syllabus
  • Proficiency in a foreign language will be assessed using the standardized DIALANG test. Students will engage with two DIALANG subtests online, evaluating their reading and listening skills.
