Course objectives
The aim of this course is to learn how to correctly formulate one's own ideas in a way that the other party can understand, while also understanding the other party's needs through active listening.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will: - be able to listen actively, - be able to formulate persuasive arguments, - master the basics of presentation, - master copywriting strategies.
Syllabus
  • Outline:
  • . - Fundamentals of interpersonal communication / non-violent communication (framework and selected techniques)
  • - personality types according to NLP / communication styles
  • - active listening (training of selected techniques)
  • - manipulative techniques and how to respond to them, communication fouls and unconscious bias
  • - persuasion through arguments / propositional logic
  • - persuasion through emotions / working with fears
  • - presentation basics / voice, attitude
  • - written form and copywriting basics for managers
