Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to acquire the basic skills and competences required for the work of a learning designer.
Learning outcomes
Upon graduation the student:
- will be able to think about information services in the context of current trends,
- gain an understanding of the global market and cultural specificities (culture maps),
- gain basic insight into future trends.

  • - fundamentals of macroeconomics, role of the firm
  • - role of the state, forms of business, basics of legislation
  • - industries (current)
  • - industries (future)
  • - experience & transformation economy (Pine)
  • - B2B/B2C customer needs, CX
  • - market, industry, competitor data
  • - foreign market differences (culture maps basics)
