Course objectives
The course will focus on the concept of social innovation and the application of information service innovation, particularly in the areas of culture, education and solving complex social problems. Part of the course will be conducted in VR in the form of demonstrations, simulations and subsequent group discussions.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the learner will:
- know the specifics of design and innovation of information services in the field of culture, education and solving complex societal problems,
- be familiar with the issues of impact measurement and evaluation in these areas (theory of change, SROI, etc.),
- propose ways of scaling up services.
