Course objectives
The aim of the "foreign internship" course is to enable students to undertake short-term foreign internships at selected workplaces mainly through individual mobility.
Learning outcomes
Through a long-term work placement, the student will acquire work and language knowledge and skills as previously agreed with the foreign mentor and KISK supervisor.
Syllabus
  • The student, the coordinator at the department, the course supervisor and the foreign supervisor working in the organisation will jointly prepare a Learning Agreement for Traineeship. The student will also create an application form in ISOIS, to which he/she will attach a motivation letter in CJ, a trilaterally confirmed Learning Agreement for Traineeship and a professional reference from the academic staff member. The selection procedure is conducted according to the rules set by the CZS (https://czs.muni.cz/cs/student-mu/prakticke-staze) and the KISK. It is recommended to use the Erasmus+ programme or other programmes supporting student traineeships. For the time being, KISK offers a work placement in Slovenia or according to the student's individual agreement.
