Course objectives
The aim of the "foreign internship" course is to support students in gaining experience in the field of foreign organizations. The given workplaces are selected based on the individual choice of the students in consultation with the course lecturer. A condition for the recognition of a foreign internship is the relevance of the given work experience to the field of study.
Learning outcomes
Through a long-term work placement, the student will acquire work and language knowledge and skills as previously agreed with course lecturer.
Syllabus
  • The student arranges a foreign cooperation that lasts between 2 – 6 months, consults the given choice with the course lecturer, who supervises the relevance of the job to the field of study. During the trip, the student reflects on his experiences and his knowledge on a portfolio (min. 2 contributions), after returning he writes a summary reflection on the portfolio.

Assessment methods
Interim and final evaluation reports from the internship written on the student portfolio. The reports must be submitted by the end of the examination period of the given semester.
