Course objectives
Student should be able to describe and interpret the work of art from the first half of the 20th century and to work independently with special literature.
Syllabus
  • 1. The principles of art interpretation. Description and interpretation. Description and context. Meaning and evaluation.; 2. Students readings: the topics will be presented on the first lecture.
