Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course runs in blocks, from 23 to 25 March, in the form of a block class and a one-day excursion to Rome, Tivoli and Nepi. The aim of the seminar is to introduce students to the artistic, ritual and historiographical tradition of the 11th and 12th century, especially in Rome and its surroundings.

  • Roman churches: San Clemente, Santa Maria in Trastevere
  • Roman churches: Santa Maria in Cosmedin, Santa Francesca Romana
