Course objectives
The aim of the final state examination is to:
prove the ability of student to critically treat specialized problems
quickly react in discussion and be able to argue
use the knowledge of specialized literature and other sources in the polemic
use the knowledge of factual information’s and methology of the discipline
Learning outcomes
Defence of the M.A. thesis; General exam in visual studies.
Syllabus
  • Final state examination is an oral exam, which main fields are:
  • 1. Methodology and philosophy of art
  • 2. Outline of the field of Visual Studies
  • 3. Field specialization
  • 4. The integral part of the state final state examination is the thesis defense, which is usually held prior to the oral state exam.
