Course description: the students will get acquinted with J. G. Fichte. G.W. F. Hegel; French and British positivism (A. Comte, J. S. Mill), A. Schopenhauer. W. Dilthey. F. Nietzsche. W. James. E. Husserl. L. Wittgenstein and philosophy of ordinary language; M.Heidegger. H.-G. Gadamer, J.Habermas; American XXth century philosophy - J. Dewey, R. Rorty, S. Cavell, H. Bloom.
