Průřez paleontologií (Chatijci, Protochetité, Chetité, Churité, Néšité, Palaité, Frýgové, Lydové, Oghuzové) a etnickou historií recentních etnik. Způsob života a kultura národů, etnických pospolitostí a minorit na území dnešního Turecka (Turci, Kurdové, Čanové, Arabové, Řekové aj.), Zakavkazska (Gruzinci, Kachetové, Chevrusové, Pšové, Adžarové, Abcházové, Svanové, Osetinci, Arméni, Ázerbajdžánci aj.) a Předkavkazska (Ingušové, Nogajové, Čečenci, Adygejci, Čerkesové, Abázové, Kabardici, Balkaři, Dágestánci, Lezginci, Avaři, Kumykové, Truchmeni, Karačajevci, Tátové, Talyši, Andové aj.). Kyperští Turci. Zahraniční menšiny dnešních populací Malé Asie a oblasti Kavkazu. Etnické konflikty.
