Teaching methods
Application of theoretical knowledge on authentic texts (recordings). During their presentations students show their ability to interconnect on their own their theoretical knowledge and practical analysis of a specific text.
Assessment methods
Credit – active in-class participation (80% attendance). In case a student fails to fulfill the required attendance, a written test will be called for instead. An attendance rate lower than 50% warrants an on-site written exam. Tests submitted by September 5th 2009 will be counted as accomplishing the regular deadline, by September 17th as a resit date. In case a student fails to submit the replacement test within the allocated time limit, he/she will not receive the credit.
