Course objectives (in Czech)

V rámci přednášky se posluchači seznámí s vývojem přemyslovské Moravy druhé poloviny 13. století, tj. období vlády Přemysla Otakara II., následného interregna a vlády Václava II. Na vybraných pramenných příkladech jsou demonstrovány základní vývojové trendy z oblasti politické, ekonomické a správní. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vývoji šlechty směřujícímu k utvoření zvláštního stavu a dále vývoji soudnictví vrcholícím v následném období institucionalizací zemského soudu.
