Course objectives (in Czech): probíraná témata: ústavní vývoj v Rakousku (Rakousku-Uhersku) v letech 1848-1918; parlamentarismus, struktura říšského sněmu, říšské rady a delegací; volební systém, nacionální konflikty na říšské radě.
