Course objectives
The State Master's Exam consists of the following test subjects: 1) musical historiography, 2) systematic musical science, 3) musical analysis and theory
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to master the disciplines of musical science at the required level.

  • The State Master's Exam is preceded by an independent defense of a Master's or Master's degree.

Assessment methods
The oral examination in front of the committee is preceded by a separate preparation of the student in the length of 90 minutes (analysis of the orchestral composition, drawing theme of Czech musical historiography).
