Course objectives
The course aims at presenting the main authors of the Italian narrative in the years 1980-2000, via analyses of their principale literary works.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Italská postmoderna: Umberto Eco, Pier Vittorio Tondelli. Tzv. noví autoři: Andrea De Carlo, Daniele Del Giudice, Sandro Veronesi. Návrat historického románu: Dacia Maraini, Rosetta Loy, Sebastiano Vassalli. Best-sellery 90. let: Susanna Tamaro, Alessandro Baricco, Antonio Tabucchi.
