Course objectives
Student will be able to write scholarly texts. S/he is able to deal with scholarly literature and sources (citations, paraphrases) and refer to them according to bibliographical norm. Student is able to formulate theme of diploma theses in a short form of annotation (abstract), to divide text into logical structure according to chosen methodology and goal (content), to collect primary and secondary literature and sources according to his/her chosen theme.
Syllabus
  • Collective theoretical preparation: learn-in formal rules of diploma thesis writing (bibliographic norm, structure, correct argumentation and rationalization) Individual discussion of home works: literature and other sources collection, organization of a thesis content, and partial chapters of the thesis.

Assessment methods
The advisor awards the course-unit credit for the semester on the basis of progress made and student-advisor consultations. Requirements: submission of thesis annotation in (see deadline), content (structured according chosen methodology), list of literature and other sources, one chapter of the thesis.
