Course objectives
The course is not being taught in the standard form, but through the consultations during which the students solve the actual problems and answer questions concerning the text prescribed for translation.
At the end of this course, students should be able to translate and interpret Lucian`s texts in a correct way and they should also be well informed about his usage of syntax.

  • Reading, translation and thorough interpretation of one of the Lucian`s dialogues according to student`s own choice.
