  • Museum's visitors; factors influencing museum visiting; things that go to make up the visit experience.
  • Competitive (rival) environment.
  • Communication with mass media.
  • Impact of museums ouside and inside of museum organisation, Image. Advertising.
  • Museums and amateur clubs, museum societies, siciety of friends, lobbying.
