Course objectives
After finishing the course the students will be able to: a) view basic concepts of particular theoretical approaches dealing with the differences between fictional and non-fiction discourses; b) understand the connections between fiction and non-fictional narratives; c) analyse the differences between fictional and historical narratives on the basis which these narratives found.

  • General theory of fiction. Discourse based theory of fiction. Make-believe theory. Fictional minds. Aesthetic illusion. Fictional worlds theory. Fictional and historical worlds.
