This follow up course is intended for students who successfully finished the course Practical Dutch in the second year. The required start level is B1+.

Course objectives
The objective of this course (Practical Dutch III/1) and the follow up course (Practical Dutch III/2) is to reach level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This corresponds with the profiles "Zakelijk Professioneel" (PROF) en "Educatief Startbekwaam" (STRT) of the Certificate of Dutch as a Foreign Language. All basic language skills (reading, listening, speaking, writing) are practised. The focus is on vocabulary training but also grammar knowledge is repeated, extended and practised.

At the end of the semester there is a written test that can only be taken if the following requirements are met: - max. 2 absences - all homework submitted on time - at least 65% for tests during the semester
