Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain the basic issues in the politics and culture of the Dutch speaking countries.
Learning outcomes
Students will practise and consolidate their knowledge of Dutch and expand their knowledge of the realities of Dutch-speaking countries.

Within the class a combination of teacher-led activities and student-orientated learning activities.

3 tests during the term 30%, translations during the term 60%, final written test + translation 10%
