Die Teilnehmenden sollten mit Grundbegriffen und -konzepten der traditionellen Grammatikbeschreibung (Syntax, Morphologie, Phonologie) vertraut sein.

Course objectives (in Czech)
Die Studierenden sollen lernen, eigenständig sprachliche Phänomene zu analysieren und zu bewerten.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • In diesem Seminar befassen wir uns mit Entwicklungen der deutschen Sprache, v.a. im Substandard (der sog. ‘Umgangssprache‘) nationaler Varietäten und auf Wunsch auch in den Dialekten. Wichtige Domänen sind: * die Determination der deutschen Nominalphrase, * Phänomene der Grammatikalisierung (z.B. von Funktionsverben), * die Pragmatikalisierung von Modalpartikeln, * die lexikalischen Innovationen der deutschen Umgangssprache, * die soziolinguistische Frage nach Registern: Was ist Umgangssprache? Was ist Dialekt? Was ist Standardsprache?
Teaching methods (in Czech)
Die Studierenden sollen möglichst eigenständig Fragen und Wünsche formulieren, ein Projekt auswählen und dazu recherchieren.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Präsentation eines kleinen Forschungsprojektes.
