- Course objectives
- Students should learn to analyze and work with different authentic texts and acquire cultural competence an knowledge about german speaking countries. The aim is to work with cultural aspects of the texts and to relate cultural patterns to the texts. We are also discussing basic concepts of cultural studies. Students should learn to deal with complex texts and tasks.

- Work with different texts from different social topics; acquiring cultural and textual competence through analysis and different strategies.
