Course objectives
The course aims to teach students the basic moderation and facilitation techniques. During the course the student try the method selected, the discussion will receive feedback on their work. Students will be able to use a method of brainstorming, fishbone, cause and effect diagram, mind map. Acquire basic skills to lead discussions.

  • Explain the basic terms moderation and facilitation, add further definicion.
  • Person of moderator and facilitator.
  • Use to moderation technics in the firm.
  • Use to moderation technics in the teamwork.
  • Communication skills as the main skill of the succesful moderator.
  • Use to moderation technics for moderate disscusion.
