Course objectives
Course offers training in basic social skills necessary for subsequent work with client (e.g. asking questions).
Learning outcomes
Ability to establish contact with a client, formulate an order, handle the process of working with the client.

  • The help and tje social control. The kinds of the help. Counseling, procedures, problems of diagnostics. Humanistic approach. The relationship with clinets. Communication with clinets and the problem of directivity. Transactional analysis. Counselors education. Ethics. Professionality. The demands and offers. Technology of asking. basics of supervision.
