Course objectives
Theory of Instruction I This course proceeds from the theory of teaching, educating and learning in a historical survey (Comenius, herbartism, studies on the theory of instruction in the period of the First Republic) to various branches of contemporary theory of instruction (e.g. systemic, communicative and cybernetic conception of instruction). There is supposed to be the active work of students in the form of group discussions or their independent works dealing with the selected topics such as the content of education, goals of education and projecting lessons.
