Course objectives
Theoretical and practical introduction in aesthetic education, especially into its visual part. The course is structured according to the main aims of aesthetic education, in the final seminars there is a focus on its two basic forms – school and out-of-school aesthetic education. After completing the course, students will be familiar with main aims, chosen methods and forms of aesthetic education. They will have gained basic skills for conducting creative and reflective work in the area of aesthetic education, including the whole pedagogic process from setting aims to evaluation.
