Course objectives
The course is focused on the preparation of professionals in the field of work ability, which is a basic prerequisite for the implementation of individual age management measures in companies or organizations. During the course, participants will learn about the individual pillars of age management.
Learning outcomes
Participants will gain basic knowledge about the importance and possibilities of age management audit. They will also be oriented in the standards of age management audit and its individual pillars. Participants will also learn about the possible tools that are used for age management auditing in practice.

  • 1.The concept of work ability 2.Possibilities of measuring work ability 3.Age management audit standards 4.Methods for conducting an age management audit 5.The different pillars of age management 6.Audit processing, final report and formulation of proposed measures
