Course objectives
The training module builds on the modules Fundamentals of Age Management and Work Capability Management and Work Capability Measurement. Graduates of the course will learn about the various options for managing work ability at the individual and organisational level. The module will focus on personal diagnostics through the WAI tool. Participants will learn about the process of assessing the level of work ability through the WAI index, including the basic interpretation of measurement results and their applicability in company practice. The module also includes an introduction to individual counselling to support work ability, including recommendations for HR staff, counsellors or coaches.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, participants will be familiar with the process of measuring work ability and will be able to interpret the measurement results and the final measurement report in the context of HR processes. Participants will also gain a basic understanding of the process of individual counselling to support work ability.
