Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students knowledge of psychology related to experiential reflective learning. It seeks to facilitate the basic understanding of behavior, experience and motivation of clients in events. It will provide understanding of lector-client relationship and help identify risks of experiential reflective learning methods and help manage potential crises and other stressful situations.
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
• Distinguish between selected personality theories in the context of experiential reflective learning and recognize their basic theoretical concepts
• Realize and identify potential risks that some methods and techniques used in experiential reflective learning courses could reveal
• React to potentional crisis in the context of courses using experiential reflective learning methods and techniques
• Consider psychological aspects and their consequences in experiential reflective learning programs
• Know how to establish good relationships with clients and effectively communicate in experiential reflective learning courses

Teaching methods
The lessons of the course will be realized in the form of lectures. Lessons will usually take place in classroom M21 (Joštova, 13).
Assessment methods
At the end of the course student has to write essay on the extent of 2 to 3 standard pages about the topic related with course (student can choose the most interesting one). The texts submit to e-mail kolar@acor.cz. To succesfully complete the course students are expected to sign the attendance list and submit feedback form to mail acor@acor,cz. This form will be available in the final lesson of the course.
