Course objectives
One semester course for beginners. It develops skills gained in previous courses. The stress is put on exercising grammatical issues, conversations and different text translations. There are used original, not-tuned audio materials. The course is comprehensive with certification system. The level of Polish knowledge after this 2nd semester course is B1 ‘pre-intermadiate level’.

  • 2. Polish cartoons – („Reksio”, „Bolek i Lolek”). Past time, diminutives.
  • 3. Schooling and educational system. Grammar exercises Comparative, superlative.
  • 4. What do we believe in? Prediction of St. Andrew Day.
  • 5. Who and how to compliment people? Grammar exercises.
  • 6. What patriotism means to me? Grammar exercises.
  • 7. Polish commics. Reported speech.Direct speech. Grammar exercises.
  • 8. Field trip to Poznan, Wroclaw – project in cooperation with Uniwersytet Wrocławski and UAM.
