Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the psychotherapeutic approaches of the third wave of CBT, specifically ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schematherapy, therapy of the compassionate mind, Dialectical behavioral therapy and Mindfulness based stres reduction therapy. This is a basic introduction to these approches, which can help students orient themselves in current trends while choosing future psychotherapeutic training.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to: explain the key concepts of the above psychotherapeutic approaches.
