Course objectives
The goal of this course is to present the work of a psychologist in the area of transport research and to introduce the student with day-to-day activities of a psychologist in the Transport Research Centre. At the end of this course the student will be able to orient himself in the transport area of applied psychological research and will obtain an overview about actual projects related to this issue on the national and international level.
Syllabus
  • Overview of the actually solved topics in the Transport Research centre. Psychologist´s work after traffic accident, crisis intervention. Therapeutic work with problematic drivers and professional drivers. Intelligent traffic devices and their interaction with driver. Interdisciplinary cooperation in the Transport Research centre (cooperation of psychologists, sociologists and engineers).
