Course objectives
he course aims to provide students with real experience with the application of psychology to the work environment. - The student learns to work with the design process and applies it only to a specific company order - the student chooses which order he likes with his topic and which he will work on - the student will experience the whole process of a company order - from the introductory meeting, contracting, application to the presentation of outputs - the student works in a group on a specific and real company order - the student will learn to bring psychology to topics in which it was not until then - the student takes responsibility for his work and development

The internship presupposes an interest in the application of psychology in the work process, a willingness to take responsibility for one's development and results, the courage to ask for help and advice.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be able to:
  • Collect the business order, expectations and expected outputs
  • Enter into a corporate contract
  • Effectively distribute and collaborate work among team members
  • Submit defined outputs to the company
  • Name the benefits of psychological education in individual areas of personnel
  • Syllabus
    • The course proceeds as follows:
    • Compulsory organizational meeting, project presentation, process design theory and meeting management
    • Choose your preferred topic and create work teams
    • Meeting with a teacher mentor
    • Meeting with the sponsor from the company
    • Individual work - solving the assignment of the company, consultation with the mentor, consultation with the client
    • Submitting outputs
    • Colloquium - sharing projects, outputs, a reflection of the learned, reflection of the subject
