Course objectives
The seminar cycle should offer to the students the basic overwiew about the reading of the Latin script at the modern period, it means since the XVI. Century AD to the XX. Century AD. At the end of the programme the student should be able to:
- use the knowledges from the development od the latin script from the XVI.th to the XX.th Cent. on the historical sources
- transcribe selected original (Latin, German, Czech) texts from the XVI.th to the XX.th Cent.
- analyse and read original (Latin, German, Czech) texts from the XVI.th to the XX.th Cent.
