- Course objectives
- The lecture is in Czech. Students will take a course in the history of Greece from the fall of the Byzantine Empire until the beginning of the national-liberation conflict. Students will understand the situation of Greek citizens in the Ottoman Empire and the changes taking place in Greek society at the end of the 18th century which led to emancipation efforts. Students will be capable of applying the knowledge while interpreting older Modern Greek literature.
