Course objectives
This course aims at working with literature from the thematic scope of the project “Religious Rationalities as a Factor of Cultural Change in European History” (https://is.muni.cz/auth/www/52251/racionality/rac.doc). It guides students from their research project proposal through discussions about different submitted proposals to writing up an article for a scholarly peer-reviewed journal and to the presentation of the main results at a colloquium.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
  • perform bibliographic searches;
  • find intersections between specific source material and the theoretical problem of rationality;
  • write a research project proposal;
  • write an article for a peer-reviewed journal;
  • present the main results in a conference paper.
